As a special addition to the package, a strictly limited Bubble Gum Clear pressing of the Dollhouse EP is included in the Cry Baby Slipcase - repressed for the first time since its original release. Cry Baby is a visual concept album about a character named Cry Baby, who is a fantasy version of Martinez.
