Delivery Information

UK Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
  • Cost: £3.89

EU Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2-11 working days
  • Cost: £17.99

US Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2-11 working days
  • Cost: £19.99

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from release. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Pre-Orders

Any orders including a pre order will be shipped in full once all titles are available and will be shipped as close to the release date as possible.

Any pre orders will be send on a priority delivery to ensure you receive as close to the release date a possible. 

If you would like any in stock items shipping ahead please let me know and we can organise this at an additional postage fee.

Customs & Duties

Any orders being delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs and duties charges stipulated by your local authorities. Due the the value of vinyl being low, these are usually minimal or not at all.

Sadly due to the profit on vinyl already being minimal, we are not able to cover these charges on your behalf.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Cost: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@turnituprecords.co.uk to initiate a return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Return Address: Send the item to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
