We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from release. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
On the day of delivery you will receive a delivery notification from the courier and any delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Pre-Orders
Any orders including a pre order will be shipped in full once all titles are available and will be shipped as close to the release date as possible.
Any pre orders will be sent on a priority delivery to ensure you receive as close to the release date a possible.
If you would like any in stock items shipping ahead individually please let me know and we can organise this at an additional postage fee.
Cancelling an order.
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to stop it and issue a refund.
For UK and non-EU orders, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred, including non-refundable payment processing fees, where applicable.
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. No charges will be applied for exercising this right beyond those permitted under EU consumer law.
Customs & Duties
Any orders being delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs and duties charges stipulated by your local authorities, this is being seen more often across the world and also the USA due to recent changes. Due the value of vinyl being low, these are usually minimal.
Sadly, we are not able to cover these charges on your behalf and by purchasing you are aware there may be charges on arrival.
If the customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us or is refused, we will refund you for the order, minus the cost of postage paid associated with the delivery and also any charges for the return shipment (which can be significant), plus an admin fee.
Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
Return Conditions
- Time Frame: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Cost: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
How to Return an Item

Please note any damaged/missing or lost parcel need to be reported within 7 days of the order being marked delivered. Returns to be made at your own cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
For UK and non-EU orders, we may deduct reasonable costs incurred, including non-refundable payment processing fees, where applicable.

EU Right To Withdraw
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
You can do this by using the cancellation/withdrawal option available on our website, or by contacting us with your name and order number.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation by email.
Please note:
– Sealed vinyl records that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless faulty
– We may reduce your refund if an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it
