Welcome to Turn It Up Records. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.turnituprecords.co.uk and any purchases made through it.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance: A contract is only formed once we send a dispatch confirmation email.
3.2 Pricing & Availability
All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We aim to keep stock accurate but availability cannot always be guaranteed.
3.3 Payment
Payment must be made in full at checkout. Orders with failed payment will be cancelled.
3.4 Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3.5 Risk & Ownership
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Pre-Orders
4.1 Cancellations
By Us:
We may cancel an order before dispatch. A full refund will be issued.
By You:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been dispatched, we will do our best to stop it.
For UK and non-EU orders, we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred, including non-refundable payment processing fees.
EU Customers:
If you are based in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you can use the “Request to Return or Cancel” button in your account, which will send your request directly to us and trigger a confirmation. You may also contact us by email or in writing with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm and provide the next steps for returning your item. No charges will apply beyond those permitted under EU law.
4.2 Returns
Return Conditions:
– Items must be in original condition and packaging
– You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
– Return postage costs are your responsibility
We may reduce your refund if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Sealed Items:
Opened or unsealed vinyl records cannot be returned unless faulty.
Non-returnable items:
– Digital downloads
– Gift cards
– Custom or personalised items
Digital Downloads:
By purchasing digital content, you agree that once download begins, your right to cancel is lost.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Please report within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Original postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
For UK and non-EU orders, we may deduct reasonable costs incurred where applicable.
4.3 Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once all items are available, as close to release date as possible.
Pre-orders are sent via priority shipping.
If you would like items shipped separately, additional postage charges will apply.
4.4 Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties set by your local authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, we will refund the order minus:
– original shipping cost
– return shipping charges
– any reasonable handling costs
4.5 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
4.6 EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
You may exercise this right by using the withdrawal function available in your account, or by contacting us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw, including your order details.
When using the withdrawal function, you will be asked to confirm your request. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.
Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Turn It Up Records and protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
6. Liability
We are not liable for:

– Indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including postal issues, supplier delays, or technical failures.
