Josh Caffé - The Velvet Hour Limited Edition Vinyl

London-based artist, DJ, vocalist and cultural force Josh Caffé returns with his forthcoming EP The Velvet Hour - his debut project on dh2. Inspired by everyone from Prince and Grace Jones to the cinematic worlds of Gaspar Noé and Yorgos Lanthimos, The Velvet Hour reflects the hazy and hedonistic atmosphere of the 4am dancefloor. Those moments of total abandon and intimacy found deep within queer club culture. Inspired by the set times Josh loves most as a DJ, the EP draws from the energy of spaces including IsBurning, Adonis, Panorama Bar and Horst Festival, capturing what he describes as “that window where you can really experiment sonically and when you’re locked in with the crowd, the connection can feel primal, seductive and playful all at once.”
